SUPPORTrix has always fixed any and all of the problems I have had with my laptops or wireless printer. STEP 7: Enter your password when prompted. STEP 6: To do this, enter the following command: “sudo discoveryutil mdnsflushcache” then press. There is a built-in command on your Mac that lets you clear the DNS cache within a second. It is advised that you clear the DNS cache once you have changed the servers on your computer. These are the current DNS servers that are working on your machine. NOTE: You should be able to see the configured DNS servers in the Terminal window. STEP 5: If you want to know whether the DNS servers are successfully changed, use the following command to check the status: “networksetup -getdnsservers Wi-Fi” then press. You can add as many servers as you want to ensure your Internet does not stop working when one of these servers is down. NOTE: As you can see, the servers have been separated by a space. STEP 4: If you want to set up multiple DNS servers, use the following command: “networksetup -setdnsservers Wi-Fi 208.67.222.222 208.67.220.220” then press. STEP 3: Enter your admin account password when prompted, then click on Modify Configuration to continue.
